Your Monthly Dyslexia Together Box: $44.95 is billed at the time of purchase and then renewed monthly at the current monthly rate.
That's a box of Solutions, Connections, and Celebrations as we Journey Together on the daily dyslexia road.
Every Dyslexia Together Box meets you in the daily moments along the way of your dyslexia journey. This box has at least three high-quality, easy to implement products that we've discovered on our journeys, and we can't wait to share them with you. Each box will include items to connect, provide solutions to everyday challenges, and a way to celebrate every day wins.
Your Dyslexia Together Box will ship by March 20, 2021!
Each Monthly Membership Includes:

Monthly Dyslexia Together Boxes are created primarily with families with elementary to early middle school-aged children in mind. Boxes will feature solutions that strengthen foundational academic, social-emotional, and executive functioning skills. You know your child best and can decide if Dyslexia Together Box may a good fit for your family, even if your children are outside of this general age range.

Simply choose the "This is a Gift" option at checkout, and enter the gift recipient's shipping information. You can add a personalized message, that we will hand-write for your gift!
If you choose to gift a Monthly Dyslexia Together subscription, you will be charged at the time of purchase, and again on the applicable renewal dates until you pause or cancel the subscription.
When you join by the first of the month, your first Dyslexia Together Box will ship around the 20th of the month.
Monthly Subscription billing and shipping continue on a rolling basis. If you purchase after the first day of the month, your Dyslexia Together Box will ship by the 20th of the following month.
*Standard shipping times may increase due to COVID and carrier delays.
After your Dyslexia Together purchase has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address associated with your account so you can track your order and view your expected delivery date.
To avoid the delay of your Dyslexia Together Box, please ensure that your Shipping and Billing Information is up-to-date prior to the 1st of the month.
If your Dyslexia Together Box has already shipped to an inaccurate address, we are unfortunately unable to retroactively adjust the shipping address for that specific box and recommend you contact the shipping carrier directly to see if they are able to redirect your package. Of course, you may always send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or clarifications.
Dyslexia Gives...Collectively giving back to organizations make a difference for the dyslexia community.
There are many wonderful organizations and individuals doing important work to further the needs and voice of the dyslexia community. As we journey together, we want to show gratitude by supporting these organizations and helping them further their mission.
Throughout the year, the Dyslexia Together Community will have an opportunity to vote on organizations and causes that are important to your family. Then, 5% of the net proceeds from purchases will be given to further the mission of these organizations.

Circumstances at this time will take flexibility, patience, and the ability to pivot...skills we know your journey through dyslexia has honed. We are grateful to each of you for doing your part to help others during this COVID-19 pandemic and hope you're remembering self-care too.
Dyslexia Together is committed to doing everything we can to ship orders for seasonal boxes as quickly and safely as possible while adhering to health and safety guidelines. We appreciate your understanding and value each community member and their health and safety. Relying upon updated guidance from the CDC, public health experts, and federal, state, and local regulations, we continue to work proactively to ensure a safe and clean work environment for those who prepare your Dyslexia Together Box each season. Consistent with CDC guidelines, we will continue to take the following actions:
-Frequent and mandatory hand washing
-Routine use of masks, gloves, and sanitizer
-Screening (including temperature checks) for COVID-19 associated symptoms at the start of, and on an ongoing basis throughout the day.
How COVID may impact SHIPPING?
We ARE experiencing longer than usual shipping timelines due to COVID-19. In some cases, our production and shipping timelines may also be unexpectedly affected by COVID-19-related disruptions to the operations of our shipping carriers, artisan, and fulfillment partners. We will continue to make efforts to provide accurate estimates in communicated shipping timelines based on current circumstances — and will continue to update our members if things change in a particular season. Although COVID-19 has required us to adjust our lives in many ways, it has also reminded us of the value of community and we are committed to overcoming these obstacles to get your Dyslexia Together Box to you- and to journey together.
If you’d like to skip the upcoming Dyslexia Together Box, you have the option to PAUSE your subscription (skip one box).
Please know it is our goal to make your journey easier, and we will always do our best to make your experience the best possible and to rectify any concerns or problems. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All Dyslexia Together purchases are final and non-refundable. That said, Monthly subscribers, can cancel their Dyslexia Together Box subscription at any time before their next renewal date to prevent the subscription from renewing. There is no cancellation fee.
By canceling your subscription with Dyslexia Together Box, you are simply preventing it from renewing on its next renewal date. This process does NOT automatically issue a refund. You will still receive any seasonal boxes remaining under your subscription term prior to its next renewal date.
If you are unsure when your next renewal date is, please send an email to email@example.com and we can look into this for you! For immediate answers, you can also look at your customer dashboard to review this information.
Once your subscription has renewed, we cannot retroactively terminate and refund the renewal charge. This is because we immediately begin fulfilling orders following each quarterly renewal date. Once a box enters the fulfillment process, we are unable to cancel the order and prevent the box from shipping to its destination. If you made a mistake during checkout or have a sudden change of heart, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org right away and we’ll do our best to accommodate a refund if it is possible to catch the order before your Subscription and Special Edition Dyslexia Together Boxes enters the fulfillment process. *Once your order has entered the fulfillment process, it is considered final and nonrefundable.
All Dyslexia Together purchases, both subscription and one-time purchases, are non-refundable and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
If you have received a damaged product, or if you are missing a product, please email our Community Support Team at email@example.com within two (2) weeks of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced. Please include photos of the damage when reaching out to aid us in the replacement of any damaged product, and to help us learn from what went wrong.
If your delivery is missing, we must be notified via email within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If Dyslexia Together is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Any specific circumstance replacements or refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Dyslexia Together.
Limited Edition Boxes address the unique and more specific needs of your family's dyslexia journey. Limited Edition Boxes go deeper into a topic geared toward a specific age group or life stages. Teen Editions cover transitions to new schools and higher-level study skills, and tools to assist new drivers. Pre-school Editions lay a solid foundation for basic literacy, writing, and math skills through age-appropriate, multi-sensory products and methods.
